You may be wondering…
Are my invoices really compliant?
Yes. Your invoices carry what you enter: your name and address, the customer, the services, the amounts and, if you are VAT-registered, your VAT number, the rate and the VAT amount. From the Independent plan and during the full 48-hour trial (offered once, when you enter your IBAN), they also carry a QR payment section to the SIX standard, with a structured address, scannable in the e-banking of every Swiss bank. This requires a Swiss or Liechtenstein IBAN, your name and address with postcode and town, and an amount still to be paid. The Free plan produces PDF invoices without the QR payment section: your IBAN is printed in plain text. Quotes never carry a QR payment slip.
How does it work without typing anything?
You dictate your invoice out loud, or photograph your job sheet. The AI recognises the client, the services, the quantities and the unit prices; the app then calculates the amounts and VAT (the single rate set in your profile, if VAT is switched on). You check and correct everything before confirming.
What languages is the app available in?
The interface is available in French, German, Italian and English. Invoices and quotes can be issued in 5 languages: French, German, Italian, English and Spanish (for Spanish, the QR payment slip is printed in English).
Can I try it for free?
Yes. The Free plan lets you create 5 invoices per month with no card and no commitment, but without the QR payment slip: your IBAN is printed in plain text. With the QR payment slip, your client simply scans the invoice with their banking app: nothing to type, fewer errors, faster payment. To try the QR-bill, the full 48-hour trial starts when you enter your IBAN (once per IBAN); after that, it is included from the Independent plan (CHF 15.–/month). You only move to a paid plan if you want to.
On which devices?
On your phone (ideal in the field) as well as on your computer. Invoices, quotes and client records are backed up to your account (Supabase, EU) and synchronised across your devices: if you lose, break or change your phone, just sign in again. Backup is on by default and can be switched off in “Advanced options”. Your business profile follows the account too. Only drafts, your custom invoice fields and service shortcuts stay on the device.
